Meet the new SPIDERMAN Andrew GARFIELD

Peter Parker has a new face. Sony Pictures has officially announced the replacement of Tobey Maguire at the forefront of cinematic adventures of Spider-Man.  Andrew Garfield, 27, whom we saw in 'Lions for Lambs' and' The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus' equally, the actor has starred in two major productions that premiere this year, 'The Social Network '(the new David Fincher) and' Never Let Me Go '(based on the novel by Kazuo Ishiguro), something that undoubtedly has had influence in overcoming the other candidates vying to make the paper.If you remember, in late May was leaked a list with the names of the five finalists who shuffled Sony actors and the director Marc Webb, of the last candidates, Garfield was the oldest.

It is not the most important, but it is noteworthy that have opted for a guy who has lived 27 winters to give life to a Peter Parker who, in this reboot of the franchise, is still in high school.  Andrew Garfield already said that appears to be younger, but hey, it is not, and went through that stage, and if the other candidates did not convince younger, I think what would have been wiser to expand the casting, but take longer. We all know that a 16 or 18 does not look, move, and speaks as one who is approaching 30. But yes, I know, what will this matter to Sony. Well, if Garfield has worked for Robert Redord, Terry Gilliam and Fincher, certainly has talent. We'll see how it fits as Spider-Man.The new film will be in theaters (2D and 3D) on July 3, 2012.
