Ingredients:

* 1 kg of fish fillets.

* Juice of 1 lemon

* 5 shallots, chopped

* Media grated onion

* 400 grams of cleaned spinach

* 240 grams of fat spreadable cheese

* 2 egg whites

* 1 teaspoon nutmeg

* Half a teaspoon of cumin

* Pepper



Preparation:

* Preheat the oven to warm. 160 °C

* Rinse fish fillets and wash with cold water. Dry them and accommodate them in a baking pan

* Spread up the grated onion. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in the oven. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes

* Mix the chopped spinach to the sword with low-fat spreadable cheese, shallots and nutmeg. Season with a little pepper

* Beat egg whites until they form a consistent foam (without reaching the strength of peaks), and mix with the preparation of spinach and cheese

* Remove the pan and add the resulting mixture over fish fillets

* Replace the pan in the oven and complete the cooking for 15 minutes

* Serve hot
